Arlene Fay Gaskill

Arlene Fay (Smith) Gaskill of Hammond, Indiana, passed away at Saint Margaret Hospital in Dyer, Indiana, on May 8, 2021 due to long term health issues.  She was a former resident of Griffith, Indiana.  Arlene was a lifetime homemaker and she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her father, William M. Smith; mother, Edna (Phillips) Andrews; three brothers; and five sisters.  Arlene leaves to cherish her memory: five children, Kenneth Hancock (Paula J.)  Annette Gaskill- Baeza (Holly), Linda Gaskill (Mark Roberts), Kathy Anderson (Tavis Hardin) and Charles Anderson (Paula F.); fifteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.  The family will have a Celebration Of Life for Ms. Arlene at a later date.  God bless the Gaskill families.
