Charles Parr

Mr. Charles Parr, age 63, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020, at Community Hospital in Munster. He leaves to cherish years of memories to his loving and devoted wife, Fannie Parr, two sons, Johnny McDonald and Phillip McDonald, Sr., one daughter, Jeanetta Patterson; two sisters, Cynthia (Robert) Ziegler, and Charlotte "Diane" Mayes, three grandchildren, Angela McDonald, Phillip McDonald, Jr., and Jordan Brown, aunt, Annette Wilson; special friend, Gerald Johnson, and a host of other relatives and friends. Charles worked as a welder and was an avid sports fan, especially rooting for the Lakers and the Cowboys.  He was a very loving and generous man, who was loved by all. A heartfelt thank you to the nurses and staff of Community Hospital for the loving care Charles received. Services for Mr. Parr will be private.
