Mr. Douglas Gene Maynard, age 66, passed away March 22, 2020, at Regency Place in East Chicago, IN. He was born February 7, 1954, in Chicago, IL., to Kenneth and Glory Maynard. He leaves to cherish his memory, loving daughter, Michelle (David) Nasello , brother, Kenneth Maynard, four grandchildren, Lauren (Matthew) Meek, Jeremy Gobelman, James Maynard, and Kenneth Maynard, former wife, Veronica Maynard, adopted daughter, Erin (Fred) Dhoyos, adopted grandchildren, Kayli, Adela and Matthew, and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Maynard was self employed as a sound engineer in the music industry. He was preceded in death by his son, David Maynard. Services will be private.
