Emerald Lynn Miller

Emerald Lynn Miller, 13 years of age, passed away to heaven in Griffith, Indiana on January 19, 2026. She was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend.

Emerald loved music, drawing, writing, singing, anime and roller skating. She was an honor student at Griffith Middle School and involved in choir, drama and Girl Scouts.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Devin Michael Miller; grandparents, Charles Milligan, Dana Johnson and Charles Reinert.

Emerald leaves to cherish her memory: her loving and devoted parents, Jason and Katherine Miller; brothers, Jason and Charles Reynolds; grandparents, Mary Reinert and Ronnie and Stacy Miller; uncles and aunts, Mike Milligan, Jerry and Alexis Jackson, Josh Jackson and Niki Hitt; a host of cousins and friends; and her beloved fur babies Molly and Ruby.

She was a beautiful, kind, talented, and loving young lady, who will be desperately missed and held in our hearts forever.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 3, 2026, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. from Ridgelawn Funeral Home 4201 West Ridge Road Gary, Indiana 46408.
