Frahn Vincent Rouse, Jr. was born on July 14, 1972, in Gary, Indiana, the youngest child of Frahn Rouse, Sr. and Doretha Rouse. He attended William A Wirt High School where he obtained his high school diploma. He was affectionately referred to as "Doc V" by his friends.

Frahn attended Tuskegee University and graduated with the "Magna Cum Laude" distinction when receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Frahn confessed his faith in Christ at an early age while attending his childhood church "St. Timothy Community Church". He then moved to Connecticut and joined Straight Gate Church where he was honored with his dedication to evangelism service in October 2005. Frahn then moved to Chicago and continued to build on his faith. He joined Crusaders Church in 2008.

Frahn joined Northern Trust Company as an Accountant where he was a Reconciliation Manager. He then went on to work as a consultant while pursing his MBA of Finance at Creighton University.

Frahn's life changed when he met the love of his life Lauri Page, while celebrating at an event in a Chicago park on August 23, 2013. They married one year later. This wedding date was special to the couple because it was the same day that Frahn's parents were married before Frahn was born. Frahn and Lauri continued to build on their faith and enjoyed a six year marriage of love, adventure and celebration of life.

Frahn was always kind, considerate and loving which was an inspiration to all including his wife. The Lord called Frahn home on December 30, 2020. Frahn's beloved father preceded his death in April 2020. He leaves to celebrate his life, his beloved wife of 6 years, Lauri Page Rouse, mother, Doretha Rouse, sister, Kelli Rouse, his nieces, Khadijah Crosby, Nuri Crosby, his nephew, Khalid Crosby and countless other beloved family and friends. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, services for Mr. Rouse will be PRIVATE ! MASKS MUST BE WORN !!
