Guadalupe "Pete" Galvan, III

Guadalupe “Pete” Galvan, III, 61, passed away peacefully June 28, 2019 at the Community Hospital in Munster, IN.  He is survived by his loving sisters, Kim Galvan and Lisa (Terry) Picard; his beloved children, Crystal (Louis), Candace (Manuel), Peter and Jasmine; six grandchildren; loving nephews, Matthew and Eric; many other family members and friends.  Preceded in death by his parents, Guadalupe and Irene Galvan, Jr. and brother, George Galvan.  He lived life to its fullest and followed the beat of his own drum.  He loved his family very much and will be dearly missed.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Ridgelawn Funeral Home, 4201 West Ridge Road, Gary, IN 46408 – 219 980-5555.  A Funeral Service will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Charles Niblick officiating.  May God grant him eternal rest.
