It is with profound sadness that we, the children of Josephine "Chefy" Perez announce the passing of our beloved mother. "Chefy", as she was lovingly known to family, passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 78.
Josephine "Chefy" Perez was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico to the late Raymond and Leocadia Lugo on May 28, 1945.
