Lucina Andrade De Ramirez

Lucina Andrade De Ramirez, age 73, from Gary, Indiana passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024, with her family by her side at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart, Indiana. 

She was born to the late Luis Andrade and Teresa Mariscal De Andrade on November 13, 1950, in Tangancicuaro, Michoacan, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Manuel, Luis, Eduardo and Teresa Andrade; mother-in-law, Elisa Napules; and grandson, Malachi Baker.

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Angel Ramirez and their children; Pedro (Marissa) Ramirez, Elisa Ramirez, Teresa Ramirez-Foster, Tanya Ramirez, Angelica Ramirez, and Jose (Rosanna) Ramirez; grandchildren, Ilissa, Jasmine, Malari, Jacqueline, Moet, Trevon, Davion, Montique, Alani, Damian, Andrea, Arleena, Adrianna, Layla, Latrell, Adrian, Robert, Cataleiya, and Drayvon; siblings, Anita (Jose), Maria (Rogelio), Martin (Irma), and Jesus Andrade; brothers-in-law, Antonio Ramirez, Silverio (Patricia) Napules, Ruben Napules; and sister-in-law, Veronica (Carlos) Perez; and a number of family members and friends.

Lucy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-great grandmother and friend.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 29, 2024, 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. with additional Visitation Friday, August 30, 2024, 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. with Funeral Services 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. All services will be held from Ridgelawn Funeral Home 4201 West Ridge Road Gary, Indiana 46408. Interment Ridgelawn Cemetery 4401 West Ridge Road Gary, Indiana 46408.
