Primitivo Del Valle

Primitivo Del Valle, 89, of Glen Park, Indiana, went to be home with the Lord on December 18, 2020.  Born on November 29, 1931, in Caguas, Puerto Rico to Juana Sanchez and Faultino Del Valle.  He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Ramona Del Valle, their 8 loving children, Ruth, Larry, Evelyn, Primitivo, Ramonita, Erik, Noel and Nellie.  He is also survived by his 34 grandchildren, 15 great- grandchildren, and 1 great -great granddaughter.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Juana and Faultino, children, David, Hector, Elisa, and grandson, Jose Velez.  He was a devoted Christian and was an Army Veteran, who served his country and retired from Inland steel after 42 years of dedicated service.  He will be remembered for his teasing jokes, his wildly entertaining stories, his generous smile, his love for Chicago baseball and his devotedness to his family.  Unfortunately due to Covid-19 restrictions, extended family and friends can pay respects from 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 noon on Monday, December 28, 2020.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions PRIVATE  Funeral Services for immediate family will be from 12:00 noon -1:00 p.m. Monday, December 28, 2020.  Interment  Ridgelawn Cemetery 4201 West Ridge Road Gary, IN.
