Mrs. Teresa Perez, age 89, passed away, Monday, February 10, 2020 at Lake County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in East Chicago, IN, surrounded by her loving family. She leaves to cherish her memory, loving children, Juana (Eric) Martinez, Mario (Priscilla) Jr. Perez, Maria Perez, Francisco Jose Perez and Jose Armando (Coleen) Perez, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other family members and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, February 13, 2020, 9-11 am with Mass at 11am from St. Patrick's Catholic Church 3802 Grand Blvd. in East Chicago, In. Entombment Ridgelawn Cemetery, Gary, In.
