Vivian was born on September 27, 1931, in Cypress, Alabama, to Theodore and Bessie Harry. She passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 3, 2021. Vivian was affectionately known by almost all who knew her as "Mama Turner". Her favorite thing to do was invite people into her kitchen and feed them. She was an excellent cook and baker. She couldn't give you a recipe because she put a little of this and some of that in everything she cooked. Having raised ten children, she prided herself on keeping a clean house, home cooking and most importantly, giving her children a spiritual heritage.
Vivian was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on July 1, 1961. She was known for her love of the Bible and the wisdom she always shared. For sixty years she shared her faith with others. Vivian married Robert W. Turner on January 29, 1951 and to this union ten children were born.
Vivian was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Turner; son, Robert Jr.; and sister, Elizabeth Davis.
